Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve CNG loan product growth and profitability targets.
• Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating CNG Sales Agents to maximize productivity and performance.
• Identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with:
  • CNG conversion centers
  • Vehicle dealers
  • Fleet owners
  • Other referral partners
• Driving customer acquisition through direct sales, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Monitoring the sales pipeline and ensuring timely processing and conversion of loan applications.
• Ensuring all loan applications comply with company credit policies, product guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring portfolio quality and collaborating with the collections team to maintain acceptable delinquency and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) levels.
• Conducting regular field visits to support sales activities, strengthen partner relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales.
• Knowledge of CNG products, vehicle conversion, or alternative fuel solutions will be an added advantage.
