About the Role

Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join its growing team as Loan Officers and Collection Officers. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and an interest in building a career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties

• Review and follow up on open customer accounts for loan repayment.
• Collect loan repayments according to agreed repayment schedules.
• Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle front desk responsibilities and support general administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Performance Targets (KPIs)

Successful candidates will be expected to achieve monthly targets in:

• Loan disbursement
• Loan collection
• New customer acquisition
• Active customer retention

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• High School education.
• Experience in microfinance or financial services (added advantage).
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ownership of a smartphone is an added advantage.
