Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a Tanzanian citizen.
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts and Design, Theater, Traditional Music, or a related field.
  • Have graduated from an accredited higher learning institution within East Africa with strong academic performance.
  • Possess at least 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school or music education institution.
  • Demonstrate a passion for music education and student development.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Be familiar with the NECTA curriculum.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends when required.
