1. Accountant (1 Position)

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing statutory compliance, and supporting sound financial management within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll and statutory deductions.
  • Monitor company budgets and cash flow.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.

2. Human Resource Officer (1 Position)

Job Summary

The Human Resource Officer will support HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and staff development.
  • Support payroll preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Procurement Officer (1 Position)

Job Summary

The Procurement Officer will oversee procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services while achieving value for money and compliance with company procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement processes.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and procurement reports.
  • Monitor supplier performance.
  • Maintain procurement records.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Perform other procurement-related duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related field.
  • CPSP registration is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

4. Assistant Internal Auditor (1 Position)

Job Summary

The Assistant Internal Auditor will assist in evaluating internal controls, conducting branch audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying operational and financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal audits across company branches.
  • Review financial and operational records.
  • Assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in fraud investigations and special audits.
  • Prepare audit working papers and reports.
  • Follow up implementation of audit recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or related field.
  • CPA (T), ACCA, or CIA qualification/progress is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
