Remuneration: 500,000/- to 1,000,000/- TSH (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling PVC pipes and related products, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, and project sites to generate sales.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Sales experience preferably in PVC pipes, plumbing materials, building materials, or construction products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
