Job Overview

Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation, distribution, fleet operations, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation and distribution of products.
• Plan fleet schedules, vehicle allocation, and delivery routes.
• Supervise drivers, turnboys, and logistics personnel.
• Monitor fuel consumption, transit efficiency, and transportation costs.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations to minimize product damage.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fleet safety compliance.
• Prepare and present periodic logistics performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in logistics and fleet/transport management.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Tally.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
