Job Overview

Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is seeking a qualified Inventory Officer to manage inventory records, stock movements, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Record and verify all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and stock reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports to management.
• Track low-stock items, damaged goods, and product expiry dates.
• Ensure inventory records and system data are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Practical experience in stock, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems/software.
• Proven experience in stock counting and reconciliation.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
