Available Positions

1. News Media Content Strategist – TikTok / Instagram
   • Develop short-form video concepts and scripts.
   • Track TikTok and Instagram trends, memes, and viral content.
   • Create engaging content promoting company products and campaigns.
   • Analyze viral content and improve content strategy.
   • Work with filming and editing teams.

   Requirements: Strong knowledge of TikTok/Instagram algorithms and trends, proven short-video scripting experience, excellent copywriting and strong teamwork skills.

2. Sales Officer
   • Develop relationships with international clients.
   • Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products.
   • Prepare quotations, provide samples and technical information.
   • Negotiate prices and close sales.
   • Monitor competitors and market trends.
   • Participate in exhibitions and client meetings.

   Requirements: Sales experience in building materials, ceramics, construction or home improvement is preferred. Fluent English, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong negotiation and communication skills, willingness to travel, and a results-oriented attitude.

3. Accountant Officer
   • Manage accounting transactions and general ledger functions.
   • Prepare budgets and financial statements.
   • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
   • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
   • Process bank payments and tax returns.
   • Audit financial transactions and documents.
   • Maintain financial confidentiality and comply with financial regulations.

   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; more than 3 years’ relevant experience preferred; accounting software experience; strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables; knowledge of GAAP and general ledger functions. CPA/CMA is an advantage.

4. Driver – Truck, Excavator, Small Car
   • Transport staff, products and materials.
   • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
   • Keep vehicle usage records.
   • Conduct regular vehicle and documentation checks.

   Requirements: At least 3 years’ driving experience, relevant driving licence and preferably a LATRA licence. Small-car drivers must have fluent spoken and written English. Applicants should know Dar es Salaam roads and be willing to undertake long-term business trips.
