Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including:
  • Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
  • Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
  • Payback analysis
  • Sensitivity analysis
• Ability to develop site and venture business cases and analyse shared-site costs and returns.
• Exposure to GIS or catchment analysis is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare clear written recommendations and apply a rigorous approach to assumptions and post-investment reviews.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for research, modelling, and investment cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence.

Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in investment analysis, network or retail development analytics, corporate development, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

2. Network & Distribution Head

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Economics.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering site or network roll-outs supported by documented return cases.
• Experience in after-sales and service-centre economics is strongly preferred.
• Experience in deal structuring and partner negotiations, including working with Legal teams on agreements.
• Strong knowledge of network economics and project delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different business units.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for research and business cases, while verifying outputs against source evidence.

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in network or retail development.
• Experience in franchise or dealer network development is required.
