2. Job Description

The successful candidates will follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements with customers, and recover outstanding debts in accordance with company policies and procedures.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
2. Follow up with customers and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
3. Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies.
4. Maintain accurate records of debt collections and customer interactions.
5. Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
6. Work closely with the Finance and Credit teams to support debt recovery activities.

4. Qualifications and Requirements

1. Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
5. Honest, disciplined, and results-driven.
6. Fluency in Kiswahili; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
