Jassie and Company Limited (JASCO) is looking for qualified, experienced and motivated individuals to join its team in the following positions:

1. IT TECHNICIAN – 2 POSITIONS

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor the company’s network and internet system.
• Install and maintain operating systems, software, and security applications.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
• Maintain IT equipment and keep proper records of IT assets.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. ASSISTANT WORKSHOP MANAGER (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) – 2 POSITIONS

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Workshop Manager in supervising and coordinating daily workshop activities.
• Plan and monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Supervise mechanics and workshop staff to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and assist in determining appropriate repair procedures.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced according to schedules.
• Monitor the use of workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the workshop.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance and repair records.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure repairs meet required standards.
• Assist in managing workshop productivity and controlling maintenance costs.
• Perform any duties assigned by the Workshop Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
• Experience working with heavy-duty trucks will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3. DRIVERS (SCANIA MANUAL, IVECO SEMI-TRAILER & SCANIA AUTOMATIC) – 5 POSITIONS

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly according to company procedures and road regulations.
• Operate Scania manual, Iveco semi-trailer, and Scania automatic trucks as assigned.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of goods and materials.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or mechanical problems immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle conditions.
• Ensure the safety and security of the vehicle, cargo, and other road users.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and company instructions.
• Perform any other duties related to driving and transportation as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid and appropriate driving licence for heavy commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience driving heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience driving Scania manual, Iveco semi-trailer, or Scania automatic trucks.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required.
