Account Payable Officer

The role of an Accounts Payable Officer is a dedicated finance professional responsible for managing the company’s short-term financial obligations and maintaining strong relationships with its external partners. The core of this role involves the meticulous oversight of the “procure-to-pay” cycle, where the officer ensures that all supplier invoices are posted with high accuracy and that payments are executed both correctly and on time.

Key Roles

Ensuring timely and correct supplier payment
Ensuring timely and accurate invoice posting
Manage AP related ledgers
Resolution of all supplier discrepancies

Qualification

Education: * Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration(Act)
- Bachelor Degree in Finance
Certification: CPA/ACCA added advantage
Experience: Experience of 4 years
