Job Overview
Rightway Schools is seeking an experienced, competent, and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance Department at the Dar es Salaam Campus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue management, financial record keeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor revenue-related activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Support effective financial management and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Revenue Accountant in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
