Job Description

Handle flight bookings, ticket re-issues, and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

Ticketing Operations: Manage air ticket booking, re-issue, cancellation, and refunds.
GDS Management: Utilize GDS systems including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
Package Development: Design and sell both domestic and international travel packages.
Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and various travel partners.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Ticketing & Tours.
Skills: Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and strong customer service skills.
