Job Purpose

The Area Sales Manager will support Market Development Representatives (MDRs) and Customer Representatives (CRs) to grow business volume and deliver cost-efficient customer service on every route within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning and Team Coaching

• Plan daily activities and conduct MDR and CR briefings.
• Conduct route rides to supervise, guide and coach Customer Representatives (CRs).

2. Achievement of Sales Targets

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales volume targets for the assigned area.

3. Customer Service and Business Growth

• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure all Retailer Cards are properly signed.
• Identify suitable locations for new coolers and push carts.

4. Reporting and Controls

• Sign Daily Sales Sheets (DSS) for Finance.
• Review next-day load-out proposals.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• At least three (3) years of experience in similar responsibilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance and success in this position will be measured based on:

• Number of customer complaints.
• Business sales volume.
• Acquisition of new customers.
• Accuracy and timely submission of sales reports.
• Availability of all brands.
• Cooler replacement.
