Job Opportunity
RSM Tanzania is looking for detail-oriented and analytical individuals with a passion for numbers to join its team as Audit Associates.
The Audit Associate will support audit engagements and contribute to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of clients’ financial statements, while developing professional audit skills and experience.
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- An undergraduate degree in a business-related field.
- A minimum of Upper Second-Class Honours.
- Be actively pursuing CPA (T) or ACCA.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with ISA-compliant audits is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan under the supervision of the Field Team Leader and Engagement Manager.
- Work effectively as a team member to complete assigned tasks within allocated time budgets.
- Regularly communicate engagement progress to the Field Team Leader.
- Resolve review notes on assigned tasks within the required turnaround time.
- Identify engagement issues and communicate them promptly to the Team Leader.
- Properly document audit work in accordance with required standards.
- Develop technical skills through on-the-job experience and formal training.
- Comply with the firm’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
