Career Opportunity – Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE)

Jubilee Life Insurance, a leading insurance provider in East Africa, is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE).

The role focuses on bridging the gap between banking and insurance services, helping clients achieve greater financial security through tailored insurance solutions.

Position

Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE)

Station Locations

Successful candidates will be based in the Western Zone, covering:

• Tabora
• Shinyanga
• Kigoma
• Mbogwe
• Simiyu
• Kahama

Applicants must be willing to work within assigned stations and travel within the region when required.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to identify and convert opportunities into business
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers
• Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be a resident of the Western Zone or willing to relocate/work within the region
