ABC Bicycles Company Ltd is seeking a competent Branch Supervisor to manage and oversee all operations at the Dodoma branch. The role focuses on operational control, financial management, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Job Title: Branch Supervisor

Location: Dodoma
Key Responsibilities

Operations: Supervise daily branch operations, ensuring performance meets company standards.

Financial Management: Manage financial records, reporting, and reconciliations using ZOHO; oversee sales, cash handling, and petty cash.

Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, resolve complaints, and coordinate with headquarters on operations and sales.

Reporting & Planning: Monitor inventory and stock control; support supply chain, reporting (P&L, balance sheet), compliance, and branch planning.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in branch operations, finance, or a supervisory role.
