Objectives of this Role

To build and oversee strategic and tactical year-round brand-engagement initiatives for K-Vant Premium Spirit, K-Vant Special Edition, and Asilia Vodka (including branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives) to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, optimize, and lead successful execution of consumer and trade marketing strategies and programs.
Lead and collaborate with agency partners to deliver breakthrough integrated communications that resonate with the target market and reinforce positioning.
Ensure brand integrity in all respects: brand guidelines are followed and adapted appropriately across all mediums, and messaging and marketing activities across all brand touch points are aligned with brand and Company values.
Coach and collaborate with sales team around brand direction and on-ground execution.
Monitor and analyze consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activity.
Utilize market and consumer insights to identify and generate growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
Monitor and manage production of marketing collateral to ensure consistency and cohesion.
Develop annual marketing plans which drive long-term brand growth.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing.
General Experience: General brand management experience.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
