Job Summary
Masika Ventures is seeking Business Services Officers to support multiple business functions, including:
- Procurement
- Sales
- Administration
- Operations
- Inventory management
- Supplier coordination
This is a junior-level opportunity, and prior professional experience is not necessarily required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks across sales, procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
- Support and improve office operations and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with colleagues across Masika Ventures’ portfolio companies.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Track assigned projects and report on progress.
- Prepare reports and analyse business data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to adapt to different responsibilities and learn quickly.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
