Position: Charter Division Manager
Locations: Dar es Salaam & Arusha, Tanzania
Role Overview
The Charter Division Manager will oversee charter sales and operational coordination within Coastal Aviation’s Charter Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, driving charter business growth, coordinating charter operations, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in charter sales and charter operations within Tanzania.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the aviation or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
