About the Role

Bamba Beer is looking for a dynamic, committed and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, strengthen operations and ensure sustainable profitability.

We Are Looking For

A business-minded leader who can grow revenue, control costs, build a strong team and take Bamba Beer to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction to Bamba Beer.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Oversee daily business operations and financial performance.
Drive sales, marketing and customer growth.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve business targets.
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial performance.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Ensure proper management of company assets and resources.
Provide regular performance reports to the Board/Owners.
Maintain high standards of customer service, accountability and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business management or senior leadership position.
Strong leadership, financial and decision-making skills.
Experience in sales, marketing and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
Experience in the hospitality, beverage, retail or entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
