Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in construction or project supervision.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including during events.
• Fluency in English and Swahili is mandatory.
• Valid driving licence.
