CIVIL ENGINEER

Position: CIVIL ENGINEER

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years’ field experience in project construction, preferably in the Cement Industry
Must Have: Hands-on experience in mass-concreting and high-rise construction

Knowledge of cement plant equipment construction — Crusher, VRM, Kiln, Ball Mill, and Packing Plant
Experience in BOM preparation from drawings, quantity estimation, and costing
Hands-on with RCC rods/TMT bar binding and form work
Strong knowledge of concrete grades, mix designs, and mass concrete applications
Familiarity with admixtures, mass concrete techniques, and CAD drawings
Knowledge of ISO Management Systems, HSE procedures, and ERP packages

Construction Supervision: Oversee concrete works, masonry, carpentry, and curing on-site.
Planning & Execution: Manage project planning, scheduling, and ensure timely job completion.
Drawings & Estimation: Prepare and interpret civil construction drawings; produce quantity estimates and cost schemes.
Quality Control: Ensure work quality, conduct soil strength testing, and uphold block making standards.
Material Management: Oversee supply, use, and tracking of construction materials.
Team Leadership: Guide skilled and unskilled workers with strong leadership and communication.
