Clerk: POD | 4PL Job Vacancy – DP World (August 2026)

DP World is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented candidate for the position of Clerk: POD | 4PL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, collecting, and facilitating the handover process of Proof of Delivery (PODs) to support timely revenue collection.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Processing PODs accurately on a daily basis.
Liaising with clients and transporters and responding to queries professionally.
Preparing daily reports on problematic PODs in the system.
Requesting outstanding PODs from transporters on a weekly basis.
Following up on outstanding order numbers from Operations on a daily basis.
Requesting POD requirements for newly assigned clients and updating the system.
Working collaboratively with the team to meet strict deadlines.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Accurate and timely POD processing.
Effective communication with clients and transport partners.
Proper monitoring and reporting of outstanding documentation.
Ensuring smooth coordination between operations and customers.
Supporting revenue collection processes through proper document management.

Qualifications Required

Matric qualification.

Skills & Experience Required

Candidates should have:

1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication skills.
Good decision-making abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Discretion and sound judgment in decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office applications
