Job Summary
Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Cluster Brand & Media Executive, supporting brand presence, media coordination, and reputation management for both TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar and The Mora Zanzibar. In this role, you will safeguard the brand voice, strengthen media visibility, and ensure consistent, professional communication across all external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Media Management: Maintain brand voice and ensure adherence to all company brand and operational guidelines.

Content & Records: Organize marketing files in shared drives and keep relevant systems updated with marketing activities and revenue plans.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict compliance with data protection regulations and social media policies; stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Stakeholder & PR Engagement: Provide timely responses to internal/external stakeholders and participate in sales trips, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or hospitality marketing.

Skills: Strong media writing, storytelling, and confident communication abilities.

Tools: Experience managing online reputation platforms (ReviewPro is an added advantage).

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

Attributes: High attention to detail, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
