Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising collections and minimising losses on Stage 3 accounts through appropriate collection and recovery interventions.
These may include:
- Telephone calls and follow-ups with customers.
- Personal visits to customers.
- Perfecting and enforcing collateral ceded to the Bank.
- Initiating legal proceedings where necessary.
- Ensuring all collection activities comply with Bank policies, procedures and core values.
Key Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Commerce
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, particularly within Personal and Private Banking.
- Experience in Data Management is an added advantage.
