Abstrat PR & Marketing is seeking a talented and experienced Communication Specialist to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will contribute to crafting powerful narratives, strengthening organisational reputations, and delivering impactful communication solutions for leading organisations across Tanzania.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in communications, public relations, media relations, or strategic communications.
• Previous agency experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
• Manage media relations and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Create high-quality content for various communication platforms.
• Support campaigns, events, and brand reputation initiatives.
• Manage communication projects while ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
