AzamTV: Compliance Officer
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the organization maintains full compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, including data protection. Oversees the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Key Responsibilities

Monitor implementation and improvement of IMS (Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems).

Conduct risk-based assessments on QMS, OHSMS, EMS and recommend control measures.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of IMS performance and corrective actions.

Follow up on internal/external audit findings and customer complaints.

Coordinate employee training on compliance, safety, and data protection.

Manage renewal of legal certificates (e.g., OSHA, TBS, FIRE, NEMC).

Coordinate the OHSE committee and ensure maintenance of safety/fire appliances.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety Sciences, Food Science, Law, or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in compliance management, auditing, or risk management.

Practical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements and local regulatory authorities (TBS, OSHA, FIRE, NEMC, etc.).
