Key Requirements and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in data centre operations, telecommunications, facilities management, electrical maintenance, or a related technical environment.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience is an added advantage, preferably managing technical or site-based teams.
- Experience in staff scheduling, shift management, leave planning, and deployment of technical teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong ability to prepare, review, and submit operational reports accurately and within deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively to urgent operational and fault situations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies or call-outs as required by a 24/7 data centre environment.
- Relevant professional registration or certification will be an added advantage.
