VACANCY: DRIVER

Employment Type: Full-Time

Herocean Enterprise is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Driver to support daily company operations through safe and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate must be professional and capable of maintaining company vehicles in peak condition.

Remuneration & Contract

• Salary (Probation): TZS 500,000 (Comprehensive monthly salary).

• Probation Period: 6 Months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Safety

• Drive company staff, visitors, and goods safely to assigned destinations.

• Ensure strict adherence to company schedules and timely delivery.

• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspections before and after trips.

• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.

• Keep accurate logs of fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules.

• Immediately report any mechanical issues or accidents.

3. Operational Support

• Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.

• Monitor and ensure the validity of all vehicle documents (Insurance, licenses, etc.).

Requirements and Qualifications

• License: Must possess a valid driving license.

• Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any of the following:

  • Logistics and Transportation

  • Automobile Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • (Basic Motor Vehicle Driving certification is also required).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience within a company or organization.

• Added Advantages: * Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

  • Defensive Driving Training Certificate.
