Duties and Responsibilities

The Driver Manager will be responsible for the following:

1. Monitoring and setting driver performance indicators (KPIs), including transit time, speed violations, and convoy management.

2. Managing driver profiles and ensuring compliance with documentation in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RTSA regulations, and cross-border requirements.

3. Supervising driver behaviour and ensuring that driver training aligns with company standards.

4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date driver records.

5. Implementing effective driver discipline and performance-monitoring systems.

6. Supporting driver retention initiatives.

7. Upholding high safety standards across driver operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• At least two years of proven work experience in logistics, including experience managing a team.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or a related field.

• Previous experience working as a truck driver will be an added advantage.
