Job Overview

An experienced Electrical Supervisor is required to join a project team in Tanzania. The role is suited to a qualified electrical professional with strong site supervision, leadership, and construction project experience, particularly in remote environments.

The successful candidate will support large-scale electrical installation and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervising electrical installation and construction work on site
• Leading and coordinating electrical teams to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Monitoring project quality, productivity, and progress
• Ensuring compliance with:
  • Safety standards
  • Project specifications
  • Company procedures
• Liaising with project teams, engineers, and contractors

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Electrical trade qualification or engineering qualification
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on:
  • Large-scale construction projects, or
  • Mining/industrial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in remote project environments
• Mining or industrial experience is an added advantage
