Tanzanite Industry Park is expanding its team. Below are the specific qualifications and requirements for our open positions:

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Warehouse Workers

• Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate forklifts/pallet jacks.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Factory Workers

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of operating factory machinery.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Drivers

• Valid Class D (or equivalent) driver’s license.

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in delivery or transport.

• Clean driving record with knowledge of road safety regulations.

• Ability to load/unload goods and handle delivery paperwork.

• Good geographic knowledge and ability to use GPS/navigation systems.

Customs Clearance Officers

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in customs clearance or logistics.

• Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.

• Ability to prepare and submit customs documentation accurately.

• Familiarity with customs clearance software and electronic data interchange (EDI).
