About the Position

Beach Safari is seeking an experienced and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of its farm and ensure high standards of organisation, safety, cleanliness, and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead the farm team, coordinate daily activities, and take responsibility for crops, equipment, staff, and the overall farm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the farm.
• Manage and monitor crops.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate farm staff.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are properly used and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for Management.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters and coordinate annual leave.
• Ensure the farm and surrounding areas remain clean, organised, and safe.
• Monitor the responsible use of water and other resources.
• Maintain high standards of guest safety and protect guest belongings.
• Communicate operational, staff, and guest-related matters to Management.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Basic command of English.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to remain flexible, motivated, and effective under pressure.
• A well-presented appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
• A clean police record.
• A responsible, organised, and hands-on approach to work.
• Practical experience in farm operations and team management.
