About Safari Automotive Africa

Safari Automotive Africa is a growing automotive business specializing in vehicle restoration, customization, upholstery, and detailing. The company operates across multiple locations in Tanzania, including Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Mbeya, Dodoma, and Zanzibar.

The company is seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly accountable Female Accountant to join its growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions and bank accounts.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and financial reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Support budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor branch income, expenses, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of company expenditure.
• Support tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company financial information.
• Work closely with management to provide accurate financial analysis and advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
