Job Title: Field Fleet Officer
Department / Scope: Existing Merchant Support
Location: Dar es Salaam
Job Type: Full Time
Key Duties
-
Support and visit merchants.

Handle POS, QR & payment issues.

Train merchants and maintain devices.

Resolve issues and support retention.
Requirements
-
Certificate/Diploma.
-
1–2 years’ relevant experience.
-
Class A licence + motorcycle experience.

Good communication and tech skills.

Field-oriented and self-driven.
