Job Overview
flySunBird is looking for professional and motivated Field Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and achieve company sales targets.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Identifying sales opportunities.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Generating leads.
- Promoting private aviation services.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
The role requires individuals who can work independently, take initiative, and confidently engage with customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
The Field Sales Representative will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct field sales activities and engage potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Identify and attract corporate clients.
- Build relationships with organizations and travel industry stakeholders.
- Promote helicopter and private aircraft travel solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of private air travel, including:
- Speed.
- Convenience.
- Exclusivity.
- Adventure.
- Support clients in accessing customized air travel solutions.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should have:
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation and self-drive.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong sales personality and enthusiasm.
- Confidence in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
Additional Advantage:
- Previous field sales experience.
Note: Experience in aviation or helicopters is not required. Full training will be provided to successful candidates with strong sales ability.
Work Authorization Requirement
Applicants must:
- Have legal authorization to live and work in the location they are applying for.
- Be available to work in the selected location.
The company will not sponsor work permits or residence permits.
Salary and Benefits
Successful candidates will receive:
- Net monthly salary: TZS 1,250,000 (after deductions).
- Excellent sales commission on monthly revenue generated.
- Transport and communication allowance.
- Company medical plan.
- 28 days annual leave.
