Work Schedule: Two-shift rotation (day and night)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee overall plant operations across both shifts.
• Manage production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Monitor equipment availability and coordinate maintenance plans.
• Ensure product quality meets the required standards.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate operational teams to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare management reports on production, equipment performance, and operational activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• A diploma or degree in engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in mining or crushing operations.
• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
• Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Ability to coordinate plant operations and manage teams across rotating shifts.
