1. Executive Leadership Roles (Reporting to CEO)

The following three roles require at least 10 years of experience, with 5 years at a Senior Executive level.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

  • Focus: National commercial roadmap, market share, and product innovation for cooperatives and MSMEs.

  • Key Mandate: Driving sustainable financial performance and scaling digital service adoption (mobile, internet, agency).

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business/Finance + MBA.

Chief Technology and AI Officer (CTA)

  • Focus: AI/ML roadmap, cybersecurity, and agribusiness technology.

  • Key Mandate: Creating AI-driven credit models and an Agribusiness App while maintaining infrastructure excellence (ISO 27001 compliance).

  • Education: Bachelor’s in CS/IT + Master’s in AI/Data Science/MBA.

  • Certs: CISM, CISA, or ITIL.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Focus: Treasury management, financial stability, and BoT regulatory compliance.

  • Key Mandate: Strategic budgeting, IFRS standards, and aligning financial strategy with cooperative principles.

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting + Master’s/MBA.

  • Professional: CPA (T), ACCA, CFA, or CIMA.


2. Management Role (Reporting to Director of Strategy & Innovation)

Manager – Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Experience: 5+ years total, with 3 years in senior leadership.

  • Focus: Establishing the enterprise PMO, project governance, and Agile transformation.

  • Key Mandate: Oversight of multi-million dollar transformation programs and portfolio capacity planning.

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business/PM + Master’s (MBA/MSc).

  • Certs: PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or AgilePM.


3. Mandatory Skills & Competencies Across Roles

Regardless of the specific position, all candidates must demonstrate:
