Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Provide overall leadership across the group to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure alignment of all business units with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Strengthen market position while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

3. Operational Oversight

• Oversee group-wide operations to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with performance standards.
• Drive consistency and best practices across all business lines.

4. Strategy, Finance & Performance

• Develop and implement group strategies, KPIs, and budgets.
• Support sustainable growth, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.

5. Executive Collaboration

• Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team.
• Ensure accountability, effective execution, and continuous organizational improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Leadership Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive leadership experience.

Specialized Experience

• Proven experience in a group-level management role, overseeing multiple business units or operations.
