Job Vacancy: Geologist

Location: Lindi Region, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geological mapping and sampling activities.

• Supervise drilling, trenching, and exploration programs.

• Perform core logging and geological data collection.

• Assist in mineral resource estimation and reporting.

• Monitor ore quality and grade control during mining operations.

• Prepare geological reports, maps, and technical documentation.

• Maintain accurate geological databases and records.

• Collaborate with mining, processing, and environmental teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Applied Geology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mining or mineral exploration.

• Knowledge of geological mapping, sampling techniques, and resource estimation.

• Proficiency in geological software and data management systems is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in remote mining environments.

• Must be a team player with a strong commitment to safety.
