KILIFAIR Promotion Co. Ltd is organizing the largest Tourism Trade Fair in East Africa, held annually in June. We are immediately offering a position for a motivated, qualified, and experienced Graphic Designer (fully employed) to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Design: Creating logos and fair advertising items including posters, flyers, banners, stickers, layouts, and booklets.
Client Interaction: Responding to client requests by email and calls in English.
Branding: Optimizing current Corporate Identity (CI) and creating new concepts.
Coordination: Handling English-speaking coordination processes with clients and in-house teams.
Web Management: Updating websites using a Content Management System (CMS).
Innovation: Creating fresh ideas and concepts for products and packaging.
Production Management: Handling designs from concept to delivery with printing companies.
Logistics: Working closely with suppliers for shipping goods.

Requested Qualifications

Experience: Working experience in the design and media sector with certificates in Graphic Design.
Multimedia: Experience in Social Media and Video Production.
Technical: Experience in Large Format Printer Operation.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, and Adobe Illustrator CS6.
Digital Tools: Experience with Digital & Online Media, WordPress, and AI-related software.
Office Tools: Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Languages: Proficiency in English; other languages are preferable.
Marketing: Experience creating mail shots for marketing purposes.
