Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or an MBA in Finance are preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, controls, compliance, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial controls, and financial reporting.
- Strong skills in financial planning, treasury, and working capital management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated focus on process improvement and automation.
