Job Summary

Bravo Coco Beach is seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest-facing and back-of-house areas.

The successful candidate must be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality excellence, ensuring that all areas remain clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

2. Ensure restaurants, beachfront areas, terraces, decks, event spaces, washrooms, and public areas remain spotless and ready for guests.

3. Conduct regular inspections throughout operating hours to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

4. Maintain exceptional washroom cleanliness and ensure amenities are continuously replenished.

5. Prepare duty rosters and allocate housekeeping responsibilities among team members.

6. Ensure venues are properly cleaned and prepared before events and Sunday Brunch.

7. Train and supervise housekeeping staff on professional cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

8. Control cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and consumables.

9. Identify and promptly report maintenance defects and safety hazards.

10. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

11. Respond promptly to operational cleaning requirements and guest concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

1. At least three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, premium restaurant, beach club, or similar hospitality environment.
