Job Overview

HSD is seeking an HR and Admin Manager for a plastic manufacturing company. This dual-function role involves overseeing human resources and administrative operations to ensure compliance with labor laws and smooth daily activities. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Oversee job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes.

• Employee Relations: Address staff concerns and foster a positive work environment.

• Policy & Compliance: Develop HR procedures and ensure adherence to Tanzanian labor laws.

• Administration: Manage office coordination, maintain accurate employee databases, and coordinate inter-departmental communication.

• Financial Admin: Manage payroll and employee benefits programs.

• Development: Organize staff training and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management. Experience in Plastic Manufacturing is preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Core Competencies: * Deep understanding of labor law compliance.
