Scope of Work & Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, including employee records, recruitment, and staff relations, serving as a primary contact for routine HR matters.
Key Job Functions
- Records Management
- Maintain complete and up-to-date hard and digital personnel records in the HR system.
- Training & Development
- Conduct training needs assessments, develop annual programs, prepare budgets, and source consultants.
- Employee Relations
- Manage staff relations cases and complaints with fair, documented resolutions.
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist with job profiling, vacancy postings, interview logistics, reference checks, and drafting offer letters.
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate leave schedules, facilitate committee communications, and conduct exit interviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Graduation Year
- Applicants must have graduated between 2023 and 2025.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with HRIS tools

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
