Purpose of Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning human-resources strategies with the organisation’s goals, and working closely with business leaders to drive people-performance, talent development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business plans into people strategies.
- Lead workforce planning, talent mapping and succession planning to ensure the right capability is in place for current and future needs.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Define competency requirements in partnership with managers and design recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job description development, screening, interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding.
- Embed a smooth and engaging onboarding process to assimilate new employees into the culture, vision and values of Yas Tanzania.
