Job Summary

i&M Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced ICT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives aligned with the bank’s objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ICT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards. The role involves managing stakeholders, risks, resources, project governance, and implementation activities to support the bank’s technology priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ICT projects from planning through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance requirements, quality standards, and Project Management Office (PMO) standards.
• Support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives in line with the bank’s objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related field.
• Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2. Agile certification is an added advantage.
• At least five years of experience in ICT project management.
• Experience working with Core Banking Systems.
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
