Job Type: Internship

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Certification: Certification in counselling, psychotherapy, or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) is desirable.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace mental health, employee wellness programs, and organizational behaviour.

• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and maintain professional integrity under pressure.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing counselling or psychosocial support, preferably in a corporate, organizational, or wellness program setting.
